"GLASTONBURY"/THE FILM BY JULIEN TEMPLE

Read about it and then win this Limited Edition version of Julien Temple's benchmark film of the benchmark music Festival.

Having premiered in cinemas earlier this year, it is now available for home consumption complete with a "must have" book as well as some of the best extras any DVD can offer: CDs with uncut tracks by Glastonbury's star performers.

The film itself sounds easy to put together. Hey, all you have to do is spend a little time playing around with a few amusing amateur videos and some footage from the BBC , along with excerpts from Nick Roeg's 1794 film on the Fest. Where's the problem?

Well, for starters, those sources were culled from 35 years and added up to 1,500 hours of footage. That's roughly the equivalent of 750 feature films, even if you only reviewed it once, and editing is rarely a one off take. And even if you "love" Glastonbury, that is a lot of music and mud to listen to. So hats off to Julien Temple for slogging through and turning out a film which is not only fun to watch but elegaic and a compelling history as well.

This special Limited Edition (5000 copies) has two - count them - two DVDs, including the film, of course, but with an interactive shuffle track feature allowing you to edit the film yourself, as well as over 10 uncut acts and interviews with musicians and Festival goers.

Then there are two - count them - two CDs with two dozen tracks, including songs by Coldplay, Radiohead, Chemical Brothers, Scissor Sisters, The Prodigy, David Gray, Bjork, Babyshambles, Alabama, Bob marley and Pulp.

And then there is the book, a 64 page fun pack with behind-the-scenes photos of musicians, a history of the festival, maps and something the publishers term "general madness."
